There is a full-sized front load washer/dryer conveniently located in the rear of the first floor. The side yard is completely fenced with a new barbeque grill as well as an outdoor shower. The home has 1 gig internet & wi-fi, three new large smart TVs, new Apple computer and
all new state-of-the art furnishings. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen-size bed and also another large King bedroom on the second floor with adjustable base bed and smart TV.
