You'll have a convenient outdoor dining area on the balcony to enjoy all of your meals alfresco with awesome views.

Inside, this inviting coastal gem offers nothing but convenience and comfort with a well-furnished living room including a sofa, armchair, and a cable TV. Create favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, then serve special meals at the four-person dining table.

This condo is also convenient for those who enjoy going to the beach! Rinse off the sand on one of the two outdoor showers before going back to your condo and throw your swimming suits in the stackable washer/dryer on site. If the beach is not your cup of tea, you can always take a refreshing dip in the seasonal shared pool.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
