Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Deceiving photos

Not renovated at all. Cleanliness was 0. Mattress were sinking. Sofas and flooring were dirty. Balcony door had no lock. Bay view was covered with big tree and hotel.

Not bad but could be improved

The remodeled interior was done well,everything worked as it should but there was one serious shortcoming. The cleaning service could do a better job. The worst was the floor. I doubt the floor was scrubbed since the flooring was put down. If you walked around wearing socks, they soon turned black from the dirt on the floor. sweeping is not enough jpeople! Also the light fixtures and especially the ceiling fans could use a good cleaning. It is clear that a lot of money was spent updating and remodeling the unit. It is a shame that it is not being properly maintained.

Disgusting

When we got to this place, it’s was absolutely disgusting. There was s dirty dishes in the dish washer, the bathrooms weren’t cleaned, no sheets etc on the beds, trash on the floor, dirty laundry (sheets etc) piled up in the corner of each room, absolutely disgusting! Not to mention, the place wasn’t cleaned in the middle of a pandemic where cleanliness is key! Then we were informed that there was a scheduling error with the cleaning company so they finally came to clean the place. When we came bAck to check it, the floor was still filthy and wasn’t even swept or mopped. Also, There was till sand debri On the couches. Lastly, the pics online of this place look beautiful, but the outside is awful, the decking is falling apart, some steps coming up to the place are lose and a few of us almost fell.. this place was absolutely disgusting and I was extremely disappointed for the money we payed.

Nice place inside- neighborhood is odd- Listing is Inaccurate

We thought the place had four bedrooms, b/c that's how the it was listed. But it was three bedrooms. We needed four, so some of us were pretty uncomfortable. The air conditioning didn't work very well, and they didn't send a repair person when we called within hours of checking in. It was over 100 degrees on check in day, the air cooled to 80 degrees before the sun went down. Not very cool.

Location is ok. As others have stated, the outside of the building looks awful but the inside is nice. It could use some detail cleaning (fans, vents etc) we did have a problem with the A/C not working properly as well. This is not a 4 bedroom property. I sent a message asking this exact question before we booked based on others reviews. I was assured it was. It’s not. There is a 4th bed in living room. That is not the same as a 4 bedroom unit. Overall it’s nicely remodeled. Easy check in process.

July 4th weekend experience

The overall property was wonderful. I would stay there again. Our only disappointment is that when we originally booked, we booked a 4 bedroom but when we got there it was only a 3 bedroom.

Not a pretty building on outside but in slide was really nice

Well second day we were without air conditioning and it was hot. Windows had no screens to open while we had no air conditioner. The room with bunk beds had no tv. It was a nice vacation minus that day and night without air conditioning. We had a great time. I would have liked to be compensated for that day and night of being uncomfortable. We were only there 4 nights so that one night was miserable.

Bumpy Start, Smooth Finish...

This is a wonderful location. Set off road but close to bay. Away from the hustle bustle. From what I can see, property has one duplex (we stayed in the top) and two cottages. Our duplex was completely remodeled inside. From what I hear there are new owners. They still need to renovate the outside. It's beat. But I'm sure they will be getting to that. The place is ADORABLE inside they did a great job. And plenty of space to spread out. FYI - we were confused (and so were the family renting downstairs) because the photos posted are from before renovation. Our unit is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit that sleeps 10 when you include the pull out couch. Room 1 has a queen, room 2 has a queen and twin bunk, room 3 has a queen., plus pull out couch in living room. All appliances in the kitchen are brand new. Gorgeous and updated kitchen. House could use some more basics, which I trust the owner will get to. Only one bedroom had a dresser. One bedroom was missing a tv (there was a spot for it, but no tv yet). Only 1 room has a mirror. Would be nice if all bedrooms have dressers and mirrors. There is TONS of closet space in the this unit. Love that. This unit has a private apartment sized stacked washer / dryer which is also brand new. Beware, it vents into the house. We ran into a few issues when we got there. AC unit may be old. Can only run at 70 degrees. We went lower and the whole unit froze up. We went the first two days with it being about 83 degrees. Not fun. But once fixed, it was wonderful. Also -- we were given the wrong Wifi password, and that took a few days to get the correct one for the owner. This caused a bit of stress because my friend and I had to work a bit the first two days. Once those issues were ironed out, things felt great. We loved the close access to the bay. We brought kayaks and we were able to drop them right into the water on the small dock by BJs. Short and easy walk to beach. Overall - wonderful stay. We'd do it again. Note to owner -- you may want to fix the hole in the deck. It's big enough for a child's leg to go through. Someone could get seriously injured. One more thing -- Vacasa, the company who manages these units does a great job. Hotel style white sheets and towels are included, as well as starter toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer tablets, washing machine pods, dish soap, sponge, shampoo/conditioner and soaps. Nice touch and greatly appreciated. Laurie the prop mgr is GREAT.

Perfect place, will definitely be my go to.

The home was amazing the photos on the site does this home no justice. It was clean, nicely decorated and very spacious. Came in town with my sister in laws and children. We told everyone how amazing the home was couldn’t have asked for more. We even recommended it to some friends planning a trip. Can’t sing enough praises about this home. Only minor issue we had was it was a little weird locating exactly what entrance was ours but we finally figured it out.
