'The location of the unit is in a nice quiet area, quick access to the beach. Overall the place is nicely set up with everything you need for your stay, linens, beach chairs, games, kitchen supplies. Cleanliness could have been a little better but for the price it wasnt a bad stay.'

'this unit is on the 5th floor and we never heard anyone unless it came from outside, no footsteps overhead. all linens were provided. the parking garage has an exit that leads out to the beach, so we were able to keep most of the sand away by storing beach stuff in the car. they provided laundry and dishwasher pods as well.'

'There was no closet to hang clothes . Had to keep stuff in suitcases . Had 2 couches in small efficiency . If it were my place I would remove one of them and put a wardrobe for clothes . The table had crumbs all over it and in the cracks.'

'Very nice place. Friend and I spent a couple nights while visiting my college child who’s working in OC this summer. Cute very well appointed condo. Very comfortable for two people. Nicely appointed, linens, towels, beach stuff… I am quite picky and not often do I do rentals, but was quite impressed and would stay at this condo again. Thanks for a comfortable stay.'

'The unit is lovely with a well thought out floor plan well stocked and we'll located. The weather wasn't good but we made the best of it. We did have difficulty getting in and I was a bit annoyed when the person we were talking with from Vascasa kept saying our check in wasn't until 4pm and the reason the code wasn't working when it was a 2pm check in...it all worked out and we had a great stay.'

'When I first arrived, I was disappointed that the pool was closed which is why we picked this hotel. It did open the day after and we only got to enjoy it for a day. The hotel was very clean, a little outdated but overall it was a nice place to stay. I would stay again as it was two blocks from the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming. '

'Really enjoyed our stay. Having the deck overlooking the bay was our favorite and definitely worth staying here again. I would have gave this place 5 stars across the board except for one thing. When we arrived i noticed light brown globules on the shower seat and realized it was shampoo or body wash which i easily wiped off. Cleary wasn't cleaned and so for that i gave it 3 stars. Otherwise loved it. Very friendly next door neighbors, and quiet location.'
