  • 22 Bungalow Walk Ocean Beach Fire Island est le lieu de vacances idéal pour une escapade estivale pour votre famille. Cette maison est la maison de plage idéale à quelques pas du village et de l'océan. Cette maison est confortable et propre 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain, AC central, nouvelle literie, draps, et plus. La cuisine récemment rénovée comprend de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, des cafetières, des casseroles, des plats, un réfrigérateur à vin, des canapés, de nouvelles télévisions et des jeux de société. Cette maison dispose d'une terrasse en cèdre avec une nouvelle table à manger, un belvédère, des chaises longues, un barbecue à gaz et une douche extérieure. Nous avons tout le matériel de plage dont vous avez besoin: chaises, jeux, parapluies, jeux, glacières, wagons pour transporter les marchandises. After a mix up with the code to get into the house, everything was great. John was very quick to rectify the issue and checked back to make sure we got in and all was OK. House is lovely - We were there for a wedding weekend and enjoyed ourselves.

Glorious long autumn weekend in Ocean Beach at Beach Bungalow

For several years our family-now numbering 13 people, from infants to 82, plus dogs-have taken long weekend vacations every October on Fire Island. We like the communities of Ocean Beach and Seaview because stores and restaurants are open, and there’s a terrific market in Seaview. Our search Focused on number of bedrooms and baths, with excellent reviews. Quite quickly we decided that Beach Bungalow in OB was perfect for us. We had some questions about bed setups and had easy and excellent communication with John, the owner. Arriving at the house was easy as it is fairly close to the ferry, something that was important for those of us who were older. The house did not disappoint. It is lovely and well maintained. The bedrooms are on the lower level, with the living room, kitchen and dining upstairs. However, the bedrooms have plenty of light because you actually have a flight of stairs (or a ramp for wheeled access) up from the ground. Everything worked well, and was very clean-spotless as a matter of fact! When you’re just coming for a long weekend, that’s very important that the house is well appointed and so clean that you can just come in with your bags and not worry about anything...we could just head for the beach. Thanks, John, for sharing your lovely home with us. We will definitely be back to enjoy Beach Bungalow in the future.

Great Getaway

Even on the off season, this was a fun mini vacation with a nice town. The locals and few open businesses were very friendly. Our stay at the house was pleasant with great communication from the host during our stay. A very comfortable home with great accommodations. Just a note that the property is only accessible via ferry.

Amazing Home and Location!

Perfect location.

The home is a perfect location for everything. Close to town and beach. We did book off season so many shops and restaurants were closed. But we enjoyed our getaway with our four legged friend. The only thing I would change would be the early morning check out. It was a little rough on my husband :)

Could have been perfect but it wasn’t

The house is fantastic, greatly furnished, perfect location close to the ferry and the beach. Could have been a perfect stay for our family except it wasn’t. The heat was not working when we arrived and we had to spend 24 hours in a freezing house (50F) and literally harass the owner to get it fixed / manage with the plumber ourself. The house was not very clean (kitchen was dirty), and the communication with the owner not smooth (I had to ask him info to check in myself the day before we arrived, he was unresponsive at times etc). The first 24 hours were very difficult with young kids who were freezing (fortunately we got a refund for that night) which is a shame because the rest of our stay was great…

Relaxing Oasis in Fire Island

Our family and friends who shared our vacation throughly enjoyed the experience at this property. Everything we needed was provided! Beautiful bright kitchen and TV rooms! There was ample sleeping space, a game room, deck with grill and outdoor shower. We were extremely pleased with our host John who went above and beyond to meet our needs. The beach was incredible and all the bars, restaurants and ferry within walking distance. We highly recommended staying here and we will be back!

Beautiful Fire Island Getaway

The Ocean Beach House is perfect! John is great to work with and communication was a breeze. Fast WiF! Huge TVs including plenty of amenities. There are super bright rooms including plenty of bath and beach towels. Kids stayed in downstairs game/living room that had arcade and Xbox. We highly recommend staying at this house we had such a blast and great memories.

Absolutely fanatic experience at this property in ocean beach, so close to town, clean, and went above and beyond with amenities. The owner John could not have been any nicer with the booking process, once we got to the house we had absolutely no issues, everything was as advertised - in fact the pictures might not do this houser justice. Well be back next year! Thank you!!

We’re already planning our stay for 2022!

Our stay at this property was truly wonderful! The house is a short walk from the ferry, shops and restaurants, and the beach access has a ramp which was great for lugging our wagons. The house is spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked with every dish, cup, pot, pan, utensil, spice and condiment you could you could possibly need. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. There were 4 bikes and lots of beach chairs and we really enjoyed using them. Our family had such an awesome stay, we’re already discussing which week would be best to come back in 2022!

Great getaway

We had a great time, house is super spacious & clean. We had an issue with the ac but John was on it ASAP & helped get it back on. No problem after the quick fix. Thank you John! Beach was really close & lots of restaurants close by. Very relaxing trip all around.

Awesome Ocean Beach House

My family and I had a wonderful time at John's Ocean Beach house. The house is great and has absolutely everything you need to relax and have fun in the sun! The house is very spacious, comfortable and clean. We hope to kick back and enjoy another Ocean Beach vacation at John's house again in the future!
