Nestled beside Glencruitten Golf Club and surrounded by peaceful woodland, this welcoming two-bedroom cottage offers a relaxing retreat just one mile from the heart of Oban.

Inside, a bright and spacious open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area creates the perfect setting for both relaxation and socialising. Comfortable sofas invite you to unwind with a film after a day of exploring, while the large dining table sits at the centre—ideal for leisurely breakfasts or shared evening meals. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for easy, flexible dining. On warmer days, open the door to the garden and enjoy the fresh air.

The property features two light and stylish bedrooms: one double and one super-king-size, which can be arranged as twins on request—ideal for couples or friends travelling together. A family bathroom and separate shower room add extra comfort and convenience.

Outside, the private garden offers a peaceful space to relax. Enjoy morning coffee at the outdoor table, or dine al fresco in the tranquil surroundings.

Just a short drive away, Oban offers a fantastic selection of independent shops, welcoming pubs, and excellent restaurants. Known as the ‘Seafood Capital of Scotland’, it’s also home to the renowned Oban Distillery, where you can take a guided tour and sample its distinctive whiskies.
