« This was exactly what I needed for the weekend. Excellent communication with property team. Super easy to get in and out of downtown/convention center. Ps - check out Parlor Donuts while you’re in town »

« Staying here was really nice, it was clean, and within walking distance of most downtown spots. It is next to a railway track, for some that may cause an issue, but i live near one anyway so it didnt bother me. It was mostly quiet, except for a pair of guests who i guess havent stayed in a vrbo before, but i was headed out to dinner so it didnt really impact me very much. You do have to lock doors behind you once you wnter your code to get in, but thats not a big deal. All in all though anytime...

« This apartment was adorable, clean and the location was fantastic! I had no idea the ‘Old City’ in Knoxville was such a darling area with shops, coffee and great food. Will absolutely stay here again when I’m Knoxville »

« I completely enjoyed my stay at this thoughtfully appointed property. Be aware that it is a 3 floor walk up, which was fine with me. The property manager was extremely responsive to questions or requests. The bed was comfortable and there was an impressive array of toiletries available. It was spotless and very cute. Close to everything. I’ll be back! »

« The place was just right. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We had trouble finding a set of sheets for the pull-out but the property manager remedied the situation in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again. »

« Great stay would return. Was in town for a University of TN visit. Location was great to walk around Knoxville an to campus.For us layout worked well - teen kids took over 3rd floor and adults were on 2nd.Used the public parking garage across the street which was fine »
