'Perfect location on Oak Island. Steps to the beach, even good ocean views from the kitchen table for breakfast every morning. Whole house is dog friendly, and was clean. The front porch is fabulous for evenings and is has railings around it so our dog could go off leash while out with us. Expansive rear yard with plenty of "potty room". Great place!'

So roomy, and so conveniently located The beach is a few blocks in one direction, and the intracoastal a few blocks in the other direction. And all the amenities in town are at your fingertips. 'Well, the house is nice inside, plenty of space. Clean. But there are some things that were a little....well, there's a "shed" chicken coop looking building in the back that's full of garbage. There are pictures of it in the pics and it's not how it looks in the pocs- its just a place where trash was thrown and there's trash stacked on top of the sinks etc so you can't use any of that area. 'It was the perfect cozy beach house off the ocean a few blocks but still accessible quiet and very relaxing the pool and golf cart was such a plus.The house was very well furnished. The decorations Made the house feel like home would be great for a family .'

April is perfect time to visit as weather was perfect. Plenty of towels, Kurig was a sweet surprise, and all the necessity appliances worked!'
