'The property has only been open for a month and unfortunately, they are not fully staffed, which is probably why I only had a three star experience. It appeared that housekeeping only serviced rooms when guests checked out. We stayed four nights and always had to ask at the front desk or find a housekeeper to request fresh towels and to have our trash emptied.
