'I had a wonderful stay at Amber Lombok Beach Resort. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, which made the experience truly enjoyable.
I would especially like to thank Duta, the housekeeping manager, who went above and beyond to make my stay special. He is an absolute asset to your hotel. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine customer service truly stood out and made a lasting impression.

'A brand new IHG hotel here in Labuan Bajo. I've never stayed at any hotel in the IHG group where the service has been this good. The standard of service here by all members of staff from all departments has been only 5 stars. I'm embarrassed to single out any staff member'
