'We had a great stay. The property is beautiful and our suite was lovely. We had just a couple of minor complaints.There is no hair conditioner provided, and none available, apparently. Our shower didn't drain well, and we were standing in ankle deep water during showers. Some of the food in the Bistro was bad (chicken shawarma sandwich and tortilla soup). Also, I left a shirt behind in the room, and felt that not enough was done by the staff to help locate it when I called.'

'I was in Mazatlán and I came across this property. There was no days blocked off on the calendar for the days I chose to stay so I booked it. I paid just shy of 2900.00 and after the payment was accepted the host messaged me and said that I cannot have the house as there is already people staying at this house. Well I booked this house on December 3rd and because I booked it within the 24hr time frame I couldn’t cancel. So I have been back and forth with VRBO about this issue. It is now December...
