Hôtel près de Cathédrale de Nossa Senhora do Desterro (Campinas)

« Hotel maravilhoso, limpo, bem localizado, equipe excelente!

« I stayed in a suite in this hotel it was comfortable and spacious with a balcony. This is an older hotel that could use some repairs. I think this Hotel could definitely be a nice Hotel if some of these simple repairs were accomplished. I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and the gentleman down there made me some fresh scrambled eggs because they had run out of eggs towards the end of the breakfast. »

« Rapidez no atendimento, café da manhã gostoso »

« Hôtel simple avec une grande piscine. Chambre un peu vieillotte mais relativement confortable. Petit déjeuner avec produits fait maison. »

« Quarto ok, equipe receptiva, café da manhã ok »

« podia ser melhor e mais confortável »

« CHAMBRE ET HOTEL TRES PROPRE - SERVICE IMPECCABLE »

« INFORMARAM QUE EU NÃO HAVIA PAGO A HOSPEDAGEM. FIQUEI TRÊS HORAS PARA FAZER CHECK IN E SÓ CONSEGUI DEPOIS QUE PAGUEI DE NOVO E ATÉAGORA NÃO CONSEGUI REEMBOLSO »

« Tudo ótimo, lugar lindo aconchegante. »

« Due to a lack of other options, I extended my stay for a second week. Once again, I explicitly declined housekeeping services. However, I was penalized for this by being denied clean linens—a policy communicated to me directly via WhatsApp. Obtaining basic essentials—a single fresh towel, a bath mat, and toilet paper—required raising an issue with Expedia. Furthermore, no additional trash bags were ever provided beyond the initial one in the room's single bin. I was in a room with a window...
