'Dirty ...trash left in trash can/kitchen,no coffee cups,no hand towels in bathroom,steep stairs to all bedrooms with no mention in listing. No bath mats in bathroom for shower, it appears this was not ready for new guests'

They brought over ice chests, while we were out, placed our food in them and then had a new refrigerator delivered within hours.
