'It seemed to be outdated. The seats in the dining area were peeling. The lamp shades were cracked and torn. The breakfast was horrible. The staff struggled with keeping the few items they had stocked.'

'I booked through expedia for a room that said it could sleep 6 people with a king bed and a pull out couch (we have 4 little kids). When we got there, they said they dont have any rooms that sleep six people, and we had to get a roll away bed. It worked out okay, since our kids are small, but definitely not what we were expecting. The room was clean and i liked that it had vinyl floor and not carpet. The breakfast was so-so, same thing every single morning. Staff was friendly. '

'The property is nice looking and the room was nice. There is a strong smoke smell in the hallways. The bathtub drains slow and was dirty. We asked that our roomed be cleaned and we left for the day. The housekeeper gave us clean towels and made our bed. The tub was still dirty and the floor had not been cleaned which let us know that she do not clean the room. Just replaced the towels and made the bed. Other than that, no issues. I would recommend this place, just stay vigilant with them on...

'Very difficult to find hotel checkin, not marked well at all. Shouldn't have to pay $20/night separately to park on top of $400/night for a room....just add it in! The property is brand new and beautiful, and staff were very nice. Area with shops and restaurants is great and all decorated with seating, games, etc is nice. Other than finding where to go and parking it was a great stay.'

'Great customer service! We were placed in a room originally that ended up being next to a guest with a dog barking nonstop. We called and asked if there was any way they could try to contact the guest & they offered to move us if they couldn’t get in contact with him. We eventually moved rooms but the room we moved to had blood stained sheets and the toilet did not flush properly from the jump. There was also a smoke alarm that had been removed and replaced but the wire connectors were still...
