« Great customer service! We were placed in a room originally that ended up being next to a guest with a dog barking nonstop. We called and asked if there was any way they could try to contact the guest & they offered to move us if they couldn’t get in contact with him. We eventually moved rooms but the room we moved to had blood stained sheets and the toilet did not flush properly from the jump.
