'Host was accommodating with last minute change to reservation. Location was close to our family with easy street parking. Felt safe, family neighborhood. Very clean and newly updated. Nice for a small family or couple to land after a day in the city. . Basement apartment with lower ceilings. Dorm fridge and microwave in mini kitchen. Appreciated the washer and dryer. '

'I was a little hesitant since I didn’t see any reviews, and was bit nervous. However, all that was put to rest when we arrived. Everything was as described and the photos were accurate. It was clean and minimalistic. Nice space for two for a week. Having the full kitchen was great. About 15 min walk to the brown line and 25 to the blue Line and not a lot of restaurants close by is about the only complaint. Bed could have been more comfortable too.'

'My young children, my sister, and I stayed here for a few nights. This is the lower level apartment of a house. Getting in was easy with a code. The space was clean and comfortable, the furnace worked well, the kitchen was small but well-stocked for the size and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Shower pressure was good and everything worked well, creating a smooth, drama-free stay. Location was excellent, in a very safe neighborhood and in pretty close...
