- All decor is for visual enjoyment only. Do not touch, burn, or play with any decorative items.

- Please do not throw the charcoal to the backyard.

- Please do not park in the yard. Parking on the grass can damage underground utilities which are buried only 18 inches below the surface. Otherwise, you will be liable for field lines water lines and sewage line if you rupture them.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to their entire home, private outdoors, and garage. We do ask you do not go into the basement/crawl space as that is for access by our maintenance only.

Our neighborhood is sensitive to noise. We kindly ask that you deliver the same level of respect you’d want from your own neighbors and please be mindful of your noise levels while at our home.

☞ If the house lists a BBQ, or Fire Pit, we do not propane tanks or fire wood.

☞ Please remove your shoes once inside the home.

☞ Please do not eat meals in the beds as this results in damaging the linens.

☞ Excessive waste/mess left behind, and/or damages, will be billed to the guest.

We hire professional independent housekeeping companies to perform each turnover cleaning. If a guest leaves large messes/damages beyond what is typical for a standard stay, these contractors may charge additional fees beyond the cleaning services advertised in the listing.

Terms of Service:

To abide by all legal requirements and house rules please be advised that all guests may be asked to sign a digital rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You acknowledge a Security Deposit may be needed to secure the booking.

Loved this place!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for our college age/teenage/and younger children. They all loved the lake and pool and my husband really enjoyed kayaking. The home was comfortable and felt like home. The pool table was in constant use! With 2 children at UA - I hope that we will be able to stay here again. The host was VERY gracious. She gave us wonderful suggestions and checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. Loved it!
