'The Best Western in Santa Rosa is amazing! We had a great experience and we’re surprised by how clean and renovated it is. The lobby was clean and the free breakfast was truly the best I’ve ever had! Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet!'

'I felt like the area this motel was in was a little run down which gave me a feeling of uneasiness about leaving my vehicle parked on the side and or back of the motel.'

'The property is very nice and the hotel was clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We loved the spacious, comfortable room with the wide screen TV. Their continental breakfast was good. We felt very safe on the property; however, it’s not a town that offers safe walking paths/trails; so not much to do out side of the property. Maybe the owners could invest in putting in a couple of pickleball courts! '

'This hotel may not seem so new anymore, but it offers all the comforts you need. Only I did hear the hotel guest next to me coughing heavily through the connecting door. The staff was VERY friendly and the breakfast had a lot of options (hot meals included) with very smooth service!'
