« It was nice and clean »

« This condo is part of an old house and has VERY unlevel floors. Your roller bags will roll away. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom could have used an exhaust fan to keep it from getting steamy with showers. The contact people were very responsive when texted. The lake view and balcony was very nice. »

« Exactly as listed! Cozy little cabin tucked away near the manistee river. We loved this charming caboose, slept comfortably and had most everything we needed. (AC, fridge and freezer, cooking utensils, chairs, patio, outdoor fireplace, parking) and the owner responded quickly when I needed help. Some small things we think would make it better: wifi, extra blankets, guest book, wider curtains. We did see that there was old coffee still in the pot with some mold floating, cleaned that no biggee....

« Fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking or just sitting on the deck watching the loons and bald eagles. Plenty of space for a large family to gather or find some quite time alone. Plenty of things to do on the property or in the house. The kitchen has all the gadgets you will need for you stay . We had seven adults and six kids ranging from 3 to 13 years old. No one got was bored. Breakfast and dinner on the deck were a highlight for us. The host replied quickly to any inquiries we had. Five star...

« The room was absolutely terrible. There was urine on the toilet seat, the bedding was dirty with pubic hair on the sheets and blankets, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. I found dark curly hairs in the mini fridge along with a half drank 2liter of pop, the shower was also dirty with lots of curly hairs on the floor of the shower. I had to go and get bleach and disinfect the whole room. Would never recommend this place to anyone! »

« This is an older mom and pop motel. Room was small and clean. Aporeciated the microwave. Refrigerator was welcomed also as was the water and Keurig Restaurant is right across the street. Very convenient »

« Pet Friendly - room was clean, bathroom very small. Just very outdated and could use some upgrades. No cups for coffee, stubbed toe three times on steel poles on the bed frame. »

« The hotel did not have hair dryers in the rooms and it would have been nice to have had soap that you didn't need to get out of the shower gel dispenser for using at the sink. The bed was comfortable, but the AC sounded like a washing machine. With that said we would stay again. We will just pack accordingly. »

« The house was large and amazing. It was clean and well stocked with dishes, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. The host was incredibly quick to respond to our questions. I would stay there again. »

« Location and Pet friendly made this motel perfect for us. Basic small town accommodations. The knotty pine walls are a nice update for an older motel. We would definitely stay again. Luggage racks would be a nice addition and also a chair, as the only seating and place for luggage was the beds. A few more towels for a two night stay for two would also be nice. Only two sets were provided but we were able to get more and restock our coffee from the person cleaning the rooms in the morning. »
