'We had a great stay at the Grand Beach Resort! We went for Memorial Day weekend and I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodating nature of the staff (especially Adriel!!!) . They handled our minor concerns with care and professionalism and the room was clean, breakfast was timely and tasty, and the beach was maintained and so enjoyable - all for a reasonable price, even on a holiday weekend. I will DEFINITELY be back when I return to Traverse City and will recommend to others.'

'The property was nice, mostly clean, and what you'd expect from a descent hotel. Staff were friendly and quick. The extended continental breakfast, while included in the price, was nothing to be excited about. The only negative was the room smelled likely due to the HVAC unit. 'When I booked this hotel it was an AmericInn, however when I arrived it was changed to a Quality Inn with no prior indication. I did receive calls from Windham but they never left a message to identify the change prior to my check in. The building did not have any address on it to help identify it as the hotel we needed to be at. Otherwise, it was a very clean hotel. The staff did their best with what appeared to be a new system.
