'We managed to park easily and as our room was ready we were allowed to check in at 1 o’clock . Very good position and so easy to get into the town centre .'

'Regina was an absolute star wonderfully sunny disposition. Helpful about where to eat. Rooms are spacious and ensuite too. Breakfast is self serve continental with a good choice, however, you can cook your own in the kitchen which has all amenities. Plenty room for parking. Big lounge room. Door leads.from Breakfast.l room out to the garden which is well maintained. Squirrels, ducks,coots and.other garden birds can be seen. A very nice place.to stay, quiet and relaxing.'

'The caretaker Paul didnt know we were coming and initially was more interested in his amazon parcels, told us the owner books people and dosent tell him (happens all the time) id booked one double and one single with 3 beds on the same floor - I got one double with single beds in the attic and my children the 3 bed a floor below us. The b&b had hostel vibes from the start. There were smashed windows, dirty bathrooms without locks, pubes on the toilet roll and bottles stashed behind the was hand...

'Disgraceful! Didn’t stay as there was no one at the property at 9:15pm arrival. Tried phoning them throughout the day to confirm and left voicemails. Zero response. 12:30 now next day still zero response. At 10pm a random guy pulled into the car park and asked if I was lost. He then offered me to stay in his home. Whole experience was dodgy. I booked and stayed elsewhere in the area later. '

'The room is big as well as the bathroom. Free parking onsite was a bonus. What I really don’t like is below our window they loaded after a party in the hotel, a van until 2am which made us not being able to sleep. This should not be allowed by the hotel. '

'Despite a request for a disability friendly room we found ourselves at the very top of the guest house and having to carry heavy luggage with a disability was totally unacceptable. In addition to this we were met with a pungent smell of cigarettes and cannabis and the smell unfortunately was rife in our room and we were unable to remove the smell despite having windows open all night and using our cleaning products as air freshners . The bathroom was in a despicable state very very dirty...
