'6 night stay for a reunion with friends. The Olde Tavern is a long time Orleans fixture and Very comfortable traditional motel. Nothing trendy or fancy, but well maintained and clean. All basic needs fully met. The proprietor and staff are super friendly and accommodating. Very nice continental breakfast spread was better than expected. Good coffee too! Great location and a rare good value on the Outer Cape'

'The space is adorable and well appointed. It was freezing cold out, the place has no insulation and there was no heat source. A space heater would have made a world of difference. There was also a lot of noise from construction going on above and adjacent to me and I was quite surprised when the water had been turned off for several hours in the middle of the day. The construction guys explained that I should have been notified but I was not. '
