'Easy walk Hampton Beach and the state park into breakfast shopping I just by the beach taking an early morning walk Ot was a nice full apartment for five people or four adults and two kids with a pullout couch. If you had to leave to go left toward Salisbury, you didn't have to go down Ocean Boulevard'

'The location is fantastic. It is dog friendly which is wonderful. The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. Plenty of parking for each room. It met my 1 overnight need but what I thought could be better are room cleanliness - it was dusty and had funky smell (maybe from the a/c), bathroom was very clean, it’s a very simple basic room with no thrills. 'Beautiful porch, overlooking the north end of the beach, with tables & chairs for guests. Two buildings, we stayed in the back 3 floor walk up. The rooms were clean & well kept with balcony & chairs outside your door. Motel staff was friendly & helpful. We will return.'
