'I would give it a 5 but my shutter to the airport was a bad experience there is a man short mustache chunky guy he was rude nasty and had a nasty attitude. Didnt have patience with the customers and was screaming to hurry up, cause he was leaving overall the hotel was amazing. Staff was great shutter experience not so good. Next time I will be taking on an Uber. Will come back to the hotel just not the shutter.'

'Super hotel. De kamer was heel comfortabel en het ontbijt absoluut heerlijk en gevarieerd. Het zwembad was wel aan de koude kant, vooral de 2e avond. De ligging van het hotel is prima. 15 min lopen naar het strand en naar het station. Vanaf dit station konden we rechtstreeks naar centrum Boston gaan. Ook handig in het hotel: de was- en droogmachines. '

'I liked the airport shuttle service. The room was not cleaned and towels were changed in a strange way. The first night I was alarmed at 6 AM in the morning by the noise, house keeping was making in the hall. I liked the gym very much. The use of plastic cutlery at breakfast is rather poor. '

'Great welcome from valet and front desk as always. My room is large, very clean and comfortable. The bar was lively and fun with good entertainment. I always enjoy my stay here as the hotel is very comfortable and the entire staff is great. '
