'A very sweet old inn. The magnolia room was very clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious. I enjoyed the coffee station right outside the door and the bottled water in the min-fridge was a nice bonus. The shared bathroom was newly updated and very clean. The front porch rockers were lovely to sit and read. There is currently no food on site so bring your own or dine out- the owners provide a good book of suggestions. It’s an easy .6 mile walk to beautiful North Beach which is much less crowded...

'The Tranquil House was a lovely place to stay while visiting the Boston area. The house is in a good location just a short walk from a bus station. The host was super kind and helpful and the space felt very welcoming. We initially planned to stay for only one night but ended up extending to two because we liked it so much (and wanted more time in Boston). We would highly recommend staying here!'

'De ontvangst was vriendelijk door Martina. Onze kamer was op de zolderverdieping en slecht 2 meter hoog; erg benauwd. De airco was kapot (niet te reguleren) en erg hard: moeilijk om bij te slapen. Het raam moest opengehouden worden met een doos die we na een klacht gekregen hadden. Uit de douche kwam amper water. Met nog wat andere mankementen werd in eerste instantie door de receptioniste niets gedaan en laks gereageerd. De volgende dag voelden we ons wel zeer gehoord door Martina; hij gaf ons...
