'The apartment was amazing! The rooms were clean and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The AC unit in one of the bedroom wasn’t working properly which is fine, stuff like that happens all the time. She refunded us a small sum which was nice! Overall, we had a great time!'

'This was a beautiful, clean condo in a perfect spot to explore all of Oahu. Being able to walk to the beach at the Ritz Carlton was a huge bonus but we explored beaches all over the island as well. restaurants at the RC were great too but we spend most of our time in the North Shore eating at food trucks in Haleiwa or just down the street by seven brothers bakery. 'Property was clean and beds were comfortable, but we felt disappointed with a few things. The property is a pretty far walk from the beach. You can drive to the beach, but we were hoping it would be closer. The air conditioner broke while we were there and a worker was in our place all day, but couldn't fix it. There were some delayed responses but not about anything that was critically important that would have impacted the quality of our stay. The furniture and flooring could use some updates. The AC units work, but they draw air from outside via ducts so the setup is a bit clunky but works. It was great to have laundry washer and dryer on site in the unit which was convenient. 'Clean, modern, well equipped—Kaia Villa exceeded all expectations. It was beautiful, had everything we could ever need and more, and was the perfect space for our family trip to the North Shore. Our kids loved all the extras; games, puzzles, pickleball paddles, beach toys etc., and the adults enjoyed the extra toiletries, comfortable bed and beautiful/clean decor! Our host, Norma was very kind, helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back one day. '
