« A comfortable unit, well equipped with all the necessary things to have a great time. Host was great answered any questions. Great time thanks for sharing your piece of heaven. »

« Location was amazing! Easy access to all of the downtown and parking wasn’t too far away either. Accommodations were perfect for a weekend getaway. »

« This property was a good value. We were in town for a high school graduation so we weren't at the unit very often. The sofa in our unit was old and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was very small. The stairs walking up to the units and our particular unit are very steep. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and helpful. Overall it is a good value. »

« Great place to stay—loved the renovations, it was very clean and had an exclusive side entrance for coming & going. I would definitely stay there again! »

« This is a great accommodation. Clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen.Everything on the listing is accurate. In a quiet off the main road location, yet close to everything. A short walk to the center of town or the beach as noted. The host is very responsive to any questions you may have. All the details you will need about the property are clearly listed. »

« Location is perfect, quiet but close to everything. Listening to the waves in the evening from the deck resets the soul. »

« The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. »

« Parking was great...easy access to visiting all of Cape Ann »

« Spacious loft in the top of an old house accessed by a fabulous outdoor spiral staircase. Only a block or two away from many of Ipswich’s historical attractions. The unit and the area exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended! »

« We needed something walkable to downtown Salem for the costume party we were attending, but also needed our resting ground to be peaceful and it was. Very nice waterfront view too...pleasant surprise. Cesar was very accommodating. »

« Good location near water; .8 miles to Salem Witch museum & downtown »

« Lovely, large room with beams on the ceiling and a very comfortable bed. Clean and inviting. Appreciated the detailed, friendly messages from the host. The building is near a pretty pond and the store downstairs sells coffee for a dollar! »

« My family really enjoyed our stay at Alex's place. We were visiting family friends who were located in Swampscott and were excited to have a large place to ourselves. We appreciated how close the apartment was to downtown Salem, local beaches and restaurants. The drive to our relatives in Swampscott was 5-10 minutes. The WiFi was very fast (which we needed for access to work). Communication with Alex was a breeze. We plan to return to the apartment next time we are in town! Thank you for a great...

« Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and check-out was just as seamless. The vacation rental was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.Osvaldo was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with whenever we had a question. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Thank you for making our trip such a pleasant experience! »

« Bien situé »

« The property is in a great location. Close enough to walk to the Haunted Happenings but far enough away to get away from the chaos. It was clean. Nice vibe. Parking. »

« There are A LOT of stairs. Once you get into the unit you get more death trap stairs. I guess it’s just a fun New England feature but be aware it’s not accessible for everyone! You should tell people to drop off their luggage in front before parking in back. The lady next door was more helpful finding the place than the owner. You need better signs in the doors. You can barely read “2” especially in the dark. The doors definitely need better marking. Otherwise good with all the appliances you...
