Cottages in North Rose

'Room is modern and clean but has a few issues: 1. Curtain covers the air conditioner making it practically useless on a hot night 2. Stepping into the bathroom, the floor has a lip which is a trip hazard and nearly fell a few times 3. Outside is poorly maintained.'

'I have never written a bad review on a hotel but needed to this time. Our room was not clean, there was blood on the comforter. Staff brought up clean bedding which we had to change ourselves. Our second night another guest walked into our room when we were in bed with a key. Why did another guest have a key to our room? The staff could not explain. They changed our key but the old one still worked? The guests above us were very noisy and we were told no one was above us by staff, Would not...

'There were some issues regarding the code entry and heat. However, to his credit, the host took care of both problems immediately. We enjoyed our stay otherwise.'

'Had to wait 25 minutes to get waited on. Opened the door to the room & the smell about knocked us over. Couldn’t stay in the room or would have been sick. Went back to office & had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to help us. Boy that came to help said he was sorry. I asked for a refund & he told me he couldn’t since I didn’t pay him. Left & had to get another room at a better place @ hope I can get my money back'
