Just 30 minutes from the gulf beaches and a quick mile from local shopping and dining, this newly furnished home offers the perfect base for your Florida adventure. Relax by the large, screened-in pool, grill up a family meal, or challenge each other to a game of foosball or ping pong. The private, fenced-in backyard is the ideal spot to enjoy stunning sunsets.

    Welcome to your perfect family or group getaway! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features an open-concept living area designed for gathering. The living room boasts a plush sectional and a large TV, perfect for movie nights after a long day of fun. The well-stocked kitchen, equipped with all the essentials, overlooks the living and dining areas, so the chef can always be part of the action. Conveniently located just off the kitchen is a full laundry room with a washer and dryer.
    Guest Access
    You'll have full, private access to the entire home and its fantastic amenities. Inside, the garage has both a ping pong and a foosball table, offering endless entertainment. The large, fenced-in backyard is your private outdoor paradise. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the screened-in pool and relax on the covered seating area. Outside the lanai is a patio with lounge chairs, perfect for catching all the warm, Florida sun rays!
    Bedrooms
    The home is designed with comfort in mind and features three inviting bedrooms:
    Primary Bedroom: Features a luxurious king-sized bed, a TV, and a spacious walk-in closet. The attached ensuite bathroom includes a standing shower.
    Second Bedroom: A cozy and restful space furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed.
    Third Bedroom: A fun and versatile room with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, perfect for kids and adults alike. This room also includes a TV.
    Other Things to Note
    We love creating a special experience for our guests! We provide towels for both the bathrooms and the pool area. For dining and lounging outdoors, there is a gas grill on the patio, making it easy to enjoy a barbecue by the pool.

The only reason I didn’t give it a five star is because the beds were really uncomfortable. I notified the host my guess is she will change out the mattresses. She was very accommodating.

I would have liked the pool a little warmer. No thermometer to see what the temperature actually was.we would have liked a night light in the main living area in case anyone needed to get up and go to kitchen.A lamp to read by on the nightstands instead of or in addition to the sconces. Exceptionally clean. The TV was all streaming No Cable here so I would suggest that you bring your own app passwords from your home subscriptions.Also no ice maker. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Very nice house in a very quiet neighborhood. We only heard the 2 young children playing next door a couple of times in the 5 weeks we stayed. Beka was great to work with and responded to any question we had. Would stay here again. The house was well equipped with everything we needed.

This property was IMMACULATE both inside and out! It was updated, well maintained and the house had everything you could need for your stay. The kids loved the pool and the floaties, the adults slept so comfortably on the mattress and pillows! Would absolutely stay here again! HIGHLY Recommend!

The house is very well kept and clean. The appliances, cookware, dishes, etc are all of good quality. The bathrooms were very clean and are nicely finished. The beds and furniture are comfortable and of good quality. The pool is very nice as well as the covered dining area next to the pool. Overall, it is a great place to stay. The house was immaculate, all of the amenities were in tip top condition. Beka the host was prompt in response to any questions I had. We do a lot of work in North Port and would definitely stay there again if it's available.
