« The family room with a double bed and bunk beds for the children was a good size. The hotel even provided a Z bed free of charge for our 6`2" son in case he could not fit into the bunk bed.
The food, bar and location are all perfect.
The staff were so accomodating as we had a dog with us. Very dog freindly throughout.
Unfortunately, the room had no A/C and limited window opening. To be expected in an old building. So the night was hot and uncomfortable despite two fans provided. That`s...
« Lovely old fashioned dog friendly hotel, ideally located for the North Norfolk coast. Proper key for the room door, nice kettle in the room rather than a coffee machine. »

« The owner Phil welcomed us on the first day. He was totally amazing. The lodge was lovely. We were originally booked into Willow but had to change to Briar as there was a flood in Willow before we arrived. Dee Dee ensured we still had use of the hot tub which was lovely. The swimming pool is very large and you can book alone time in there which is nice. Excellent breakfast . Love the lodges in forest setting. So lovely. Nice fixtures and fittings. Excellent walk in shower. TV with three...

The staff were friendly and helpful we had a great evening meal, that we were not disappointed with. This was great as we really did fancy fish and chips sat beside the sea wall !! The room was well stocked with tea, water, biscuits and good to see plenty of the individual milk containers.
The breakfast was up there with the best all freshly cooked and hot. »
