***Effective 3/26/2026 – All balconies are closed until further notice due to safety concerns. No one is permitted on the balcony at any time or for any reason. Once plans are finalized, balcony work will be started. Additional work that will be going on for the next 12+ months will include but not be limited to roof replacement, guardrail replacement, sliding glass door replacement, storage door replacement, stair well repairs, and parking structure repairs. Due to building work, the pool will be closed at times for safety reasons. Work will be ongoing and noisy at times. We do not know what is being done or when. However, we have been told that some sort of work will be going on for at least a year (most, if not all, of 2026). We apologize in advance for the inconvenience. Rate adjustments have already been made so if you choose to rent, no additional compensation will be offered.***

This 3 Bedroom and 2 Bath can accommodate 8 with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 King in the second bedroom, 2 twins in the third bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

This spacious 10th floor condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large oceanfront balcony off of the living room and master bedroom and a nice and open living room and dining room for your enjoyment. Also provided is 4 TV's, free Wifi and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Ocean Towers is located in the Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach making it convenient to most Restaurants and Attractions! The on-site amenities include a outdoor street side pool, children's pool, sundeck, pool side restrooms, outdoor shower, elevator and 2 car parking across the street.
