This spacious, open-concept 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring inviting beach-themed decor and a clean, refreshing atmosphere. You`ll find elevated ocean views throughout, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The living area is bathed in natural light, offering comfortable seating and a 40” Smart TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand new modern appliances, sleek granite countertops, a 2=burner stovetop, microwave, drip coffee maker, and toaster, along with all essential cookware. Enjoy meals at the 4-person dining table, perfectly positioned to capture stunning ocean views. The main bedroom provides a restful haven with two queen-sized beds, a Flat Screen TV with Premium Cable, and spacious closets. A full bathroom completes your private living space. Step out onto your private balcony to savor direct oceanfront views overlooking the resort pools and the beautiful North Myrtle Beach coastline.

THE RESORT
As our guest, you will have full and exclusive access to the entire 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo. Beyond your private sanctuary, immerse yourself in the resort`s extensive amenities, perfect for a memorable beach vacation. Enjoy three seasonally heated outdoor pools, including an outdoor kiddie pool, and float along the 350-foot lazy river. Relax in three outdoor hot tubs or the heated indoor pool and indoor hot tub. Benefit from direct beachfront access, allowing you to easily transition from your condo to the sand and waves. A poolside bar is available for refreshing drinks. For your convenience, on-site laundry facilities with washers and dryers are located on the P-Level. Complimentary Wi-Fi and cable are provided throughout your stay. You`ll also appreciate easy and convenient keyless entry for hassle-free arrival and departure, along with secure parking for one vehicle in the resort’s lot (parking passes available upon arrival). Please Note: The on-site restaurant, arcade, and fitness center are exclusively for owners and are not accessible to guests. The front desk is not associated with your stay. 1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
