A unique holiday seaside one bedroom apartment with amazing sea view balcony, just on a peaceful beach. Stairs drive direct to small beach. Also a foot path front of the apartment drive direct to Kiveri village the village where you can find taverns, coffee, super market, bakery, grocery, butcher, pharmacy e.t.c.
Apartment located in Kiveri village a traditional sea site village only few kilometer away from Nafplio, Argos and the most archeological site in Argolis such Mycenae, Epidaurus, Tiryns.

Apartment conist of, a seperate bedroom, a living room and bathroom with shower. Apartment can accommodate 4 guests ( 2 adults + 2 child). Apartment has its owner balcony with unique sea view in Argolis gulf.

Wonderful apartment with stunning seaview

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment and enjoyed the panoramic view on the Argolis gulf with its fisherman's boats. The apartment offers ample space for couples and is tastefully furnitured. The well equipped kitchen is very suitable for people like us who love cooking. The bedroom was quite spacious and provided with comfortable beds. The apartment was kept tidy on a regular basis, which was highly appreciated. We loved relaxing in the cosy seats on the balcony with the amazing view on the sea and the surrounding coastline. We were very happy to be able to use the large built-in barbecue a few stairs away from the apartment. On many occasions we went to the fish reastaurant which was only a five minutes walk, where we enjoyed the fantastic Greek cuisine. Christos and his mother were prepared to help and advize anytime necessary. All in all we had a wonderful time here!

Beautiful location

We were so happy with the view from the apartment. Our hosts were very helpful and available whenever we had a need. We like the village and restaurants and were happy with our hosts suggestions. Swimming was wonderful just steps away.

Comfortable and pleasant

The apartment is well equipped, spacious enough for 2-3 person, very clean, with a great view from the balcony to the seaside and being able to observe the sunrise behind the hills. Very fortunate the balcony is directed to the east side, providing pleasant temperature in the afternoon after a sunny day.

Das Appartement befindet sich direkt am Meer mit herrlichen Sonnenaufgängen. Ich denke im Hochsommer wirklich ideal, da es durch Markise und Klimaanlage effizient beschattet werden kann. Wir waren Anfang in der Nachsaison - Oktober, deshalb schon etwas frischere Temperaturen. Ausgangslage für Ausflüge ist gerade zu ideal... Restaurants gleich "um die Ecke" und alle direkt am Meer. Bäckerei und Supermärkte sind leicht zu Fuss und nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Gerne kommen wir wieder mal nach nach Kaveri in diese Appartement.... nur zu empfehlen!!! Fritz & Marina

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour a kiveri. L'appartement est fidèle a l'annonce. Bonne literie. Une vue magnifique. Une petite plage quasi privée. Kiveri est un village tranquille avec commerces, excellente boulangerie, plusieurs restaurants.

Cadre idyllique une très belle vue sur Mer

L'appartement est très calme avec une vue à couper le souffle. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le fait de pouvoir observer ma famille se baigner ou faire du paddle depuis ma chaise longue sur le balcon ☺️ L'accès à la Mer ne convient pas aux enfants en bas âge.

Lovely place and a great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is well laid out and lovely - just a few steps downstairs and you’re at the sea! There is a nice walking path along the coast into Kiveri - with a few restaurants and grocery stores easily accessible. All that Nafplio has to offer is just 15 minutes or so away by car. The property had everything we needed - and the balcony view and layout were just unbeatable! I highly recommend this stay.

Geschmackvolle Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick

Ein herzlicher Empfang und stets ansprechbare Betreuung. Der Blick vom großen Balkon war traumhaft. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Nach Nafplio waren es 20 Minuten Fahrt.

We had a fabulously relaxing time. The apartment was perfectly located with the balcony overlooking the the sea and Nafplio in the distance. Christos was there to meet us and the apartment had everything we needed. His notes about the shops & restaurants were really useful. We enjoyed shopping at the bakery, butchers and general stores and had pleasant evenings at a couple of the restaurants. We also liked the beach area where you didn't have to pay for a sunbed, just buy something from the bar nearby which seemed like a good deal. We had a great time and would go back.

Wonderfull week

We had a wonderful week in the end of may in Christoss apartment. The apartment is super equipped and very clean. The view from the balcony alone is breathtaking especially in the morning when the sun rises. In the village there are several restaurants where you can eat very well everywhere. We can only recommend the apartment and will definitely come back.

It was a very perfect time!!

The Appartement is really perfect! Christos, the owner was there when we arrived to welcome us. The Appartement is very nice. We missed nothing!! Sitting on the balcony and having breakfast with a wonderful sight to the other side of the bay of Nafplion in the rising sun is beautiful. Some days this year late April (when we were there) the temperature was little low, but the Appartement has heaters (and Airconditioner) - so we could warm it up! The location is perfect for visiting a lot of Archeological and other interesting places. There is a good Fish-Restaurant nearby (Kanaris) where you can have a good dinner!! In total we wissen nothing in and around the Appartement!! So definitely we would come back!!!

perfect idyllic location, well equipped, quiet and peaceful

Couldn't have wanted more - ideally placed near Argos, 2 minutes to the beach and swimming, spacious and comfortable, wifi, aircon, and a terrace view of the bay. The owner's mother lives on the floor above, she speaks good French so help is always available. Parking is available immediately by the entrance. Thanks Christos.
