'Staff were very friendly and the units were clean and serviced daily. Central location with the lake being two minutes walk away and Taupo central less than 5mins drive. We had a in-room spa which was a nice way to relax at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend'

'Very friendly hosts who were very proactive in making their guests as comfortable as possible. Check-in very quick and easy. The room was very spatious and the bathroom had a jacuzzi. Kitchenette with all the essentials was also there. No restaurant but you can order a very reasonably priced and good breakfast that is served in the room. Hosts are knowledgeable about their city and the region and gave very good advice over local attractions and activities.'

'Het regal Palms is handig om in Rotorua te zitten. Het complex lijkt groter dan het is . Handig met parkeren, verwarmd zwembad en klein midgedgolf erbij.'

'We had a ground floor room looking out to the ocean. The room and bathroom were large and clean as were the kitchen utensils. Would recommend. '

'Typical motel for a nice no-nonsense stay. We had an executive suite which was clean and had all usual facilities. Good, fast, free internet. These suites are quite spacious and even have a bubble bath! Plus a small balcony to enjoy the evening sun... We enjoyed our stay.'

'Perfect for a stop over with the kids. Location was awesome to do a bit of shopping, walking distance to town an easy parking. Room was a great size and had everything we needed. Top it off the staff were lovely. Will return when down those way. '

'We had a great stay, 6 women for 2 nights, attending a 40th party nearby!! Everything was good when we arrived, apart from not enough towels, loo paper & blankets but as soon as I spoke to the very efficient staff all was rectified with no problem at all!! Will stay here again definitely!!!'
