« 0/5 – Worst stay of my life. Plummer House Newcastle was an absolute disgrace from start to finish. The room was filthy on arrival — dirty sink and work surfaces, stained floors, damaged furniture, worn cabinets, filthy fridge, marked and stained chairs, and mugs that looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. This is not “student accommodation” or “serviced living” — it’s neglect. The female manager was rude and unprofessional, even trying to make me check out 12 hours earlier...

« Vieille auberge dans un joli village du Northumberland. Accueil aimable et ambiance très british; moquette omniprésente, comme partout en Grande-Bretagne cela dit, allergiques s'abstenir. Notre chambre au 3e était simple, mais fonctionnelle - notre seul vrai reproche est la literie (matelas très mous avec un gros creux au milieu). Mention spéciale au petit-déjeuner, servi dans une salle à part: ce n'est pas précisé sur leur site mais ils proposent de vrais choix de petit-déjeuner outre l'éternel...

« We had a good stay, when ringing for support to find the entrance and how to enter was very supported and sent all necessary details, free parking close by and isn’t too far a drive away from everything. Very quiet no banging through the night etc. »

« Very clean and comfy. Had everything in that we needed , plenty of kitchen utensils , cups ,plates and glasses. We had a bathroom and separate toilet. We had a great view of the bay . Spoke to Andrew the owner , very nice bloke . If we are going back to the area we would definitely stay here again . »

« Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer. »

« Me and my 2 friends booked this holiday for 3 nights for a festival called Lost minds. We were wary at first as it’s a shared apartment with other people. Long story short we ended up booking and had absolutely no issue with the area or the people who was staying in the apartment. It’s round about 20/25 minute walk from the city centre & it’s easy accessible to get an uber also. We will definitely be booking when we come back to Newcastle. Only thing we never liked was NO TV & shared bathroom...
