Flats in North Coast California

'Great location and very clean rental. There was a slight odor in the unit, which may not bother most people — I’m just very sensitive to smells, and I think it might’ve come from the restaurant below. The bed was extremely comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep.The only challenge was the narrow staircase leading up to the unit. It wouldn’t be an issue for light travelers, but I had a lot of luggage since my next stop was for a month, so it took a few trips to get everything upstairs.'

'I travel to the area at least quarterly, and have stayed at many properties. This has been the best by far - Super clean, well appointed, nice neighborhood, conveniently located to freeway and shopping. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen had everything I would want, everything seemed new, the shower was terrific! The walls are quite thin, and I heard some really interesting conversations from the neighbors, but since I was only there long enough to sleep, it was not really an issue....

'Staff/ house keeper was super friendly and helped us get into our room and she even let us do our laundry since it was the off season and we had been camping on a road trip with a toddler for a week. Can not beat the views. '

'We had an amazing time and what a view! We loved drinking our morning coffee on the deck while watching the waves crash on the rocks, and the deer walking through the property! We even actually saw whales in the cove. We were surprised that we had no Internet reception there, but it was kind of nice to be cut off from the world for a day. It was so relaxing!'

'This was a great landing spot after spending 3 days hiking the Lost Coast Trail. The views and deck were excellent and the hot tub was great for our achy legs. '
