'Great staff'

'We loved it so much we came back. I had booked this hotel for one night and then a different hotel closer to sea world for two nights, but when we arrived at the other hotel it turned out to be more of a motel. We felt so safe during our previous night at Hilton garden inn so we came back and paid the higher rate that comes with booking the day of. It was worth it for peace of mind while traveling with my family and we will be back on our next trip. '

'The house itself was clean, which we appreciated. However, it was not ready at check in, as the cleaners were still there and didn’t leave until 3:40 pm.Upon arrival, there were no towels in the bathrooms. They were left in the hallway and definitely need to be replaced. The kitchen could use some upgrades. The cookware and supplies were very low quality, and the pans gave off a chemical smell when heated. There wasn’t a salad bowl. You don’t need a lot, just the essentials, but those basics...

'The room was clean but not as expected. My daughter also booked a room the sheets were dirty with hair and spots on it, she checked in around 11 pm she had to call front desk to change the sheets. However the location of the room wasn’t good! It was facing the freeway so we were unable to sleep!'
