'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'Very clean room. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.Breakfast had many options for every appetite.Would definitely recommend this place.'

'Very comfortable stay!'

'Clean room. Helpful staff. Great location'

'New property, everything was great, clean and comfortable!'

'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'Only problem was the bathroom. No grab bars in the shower and corners of the tub were black. I felt very unsafe taking a shower.'

'Wow this was very nice hotel and I stay in hotels at least 1 once a week for my work. Very clean roomy room bathroom was very nice and clean Needed better towels but was good enough Bed was very comfortable I was surprised especially in the area'
