'The staff was so accommodating! We ended up needing an extra night so we booked via a different website and the staff combined our two reservations and even switched us rooms when a fan wasn’t working to an upgraded view! We were so extremely comfortable and it was the perfect location right in main Devonport a one minute walk to the ferry which we took everyday downtown.'

'The location is perfect, the bed and furniture very comfortable, and Deborah and Rainer were patient with my pre-visit questions and graciously accommodating to my needs. Rainer introduced himself soon after my arrival. He let me know that he'd be putting up a fence directly outside of my cabin. He was so quiet that I wouldn't have known he'd been there if he hadn't told me.
