'Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. We found pubic hair on the towels, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. Even worse, there was a used sanitary pad under the bed that had clearly not been removed by housekeeping. These issues made us question whether the room had been properly cleaned before our arrival. The hotel needs to improve its cleaning standards and quality control.'

'The hotel itself is older so there is a bit of grit but clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. Especially the make your-own-waffles and biscuits and gravy. The staff overall were very nice and helpful. Night front desk attendant had a sharp temperament when we tried exchanging our towels for fresh ones making us take the soiled towels back to the room with the fresh ones (must not have been in her job description to take towels).'

'The breakfast was continental as stated but was hoping for eggs and meat. Also no coffee in the room. When I arrived to check-in the power was mostly out due to storms but the manager helped me get into a room and even carried my bag up three flights of steps. Great customer service from this manager!!'

'I book here often, but yesterday I decided to try the complimentary breakfast. I was not disappointed. The food choices were exceptional, and it was very clean. Every time I’m in town, I will be staying here!! The front desk staff was very professional as well.'
