'Friendly stuff. Reasonable.'

'Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. We found pubic hair on the towels, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. Even worse, there was a used sanitary pad under the bed that had clearly not been removed by housekeeping. These issues made us question whether the room had been properly cleaned before our arrival. The hotel needs to improve its cleaning standards and quality control.'

'A bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was a nice addition for the price. I booked it because of the pool, but we couldn't use it because a pool party was taking place with lots of smokers. I'd ask in the future if smoking was allowed poolside.'

'The hotel was relatively new. The staff was so friendly and I appreciated the dinner recommendations (Marco’s Pizza). Beds were comfortable, bathroom was roomy, and the whole place smelled so wonderful! I really love their soaps and shampoos- great smelling stuff! If we’re in the area, we’ll stay again for sure!'

'Loved this hotel and would definitely stay again if in the area. The hotel, itself, was nice, clean and well maintained and very quiet. The staff was the best I've experienced in my travels. So very friendly and helpful. Definitely got that small town feel. LOVED it!!'

'First part of week was fine. Booked a room with king size bed. They wanted to refinish the bathtub and moved us to another room for the last 2 days. It was a double queen bed that was hard as a rock, couldn’t get very good sleep. Why not just leave us in the comfortable king size room for 2 more days and work on the tub after we check out'

'I really enjoyed my stay at the Drury Inn and Suites in Alabama. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and most of all it was quiet, (I like the bottom floor, so I was close to the office). The breakfast was fresh and not just bagels and cereal, but a real breakfast with hot eggs, sausage, biscuits, hot waffles, and there was cereal, (it was variety). I enjoyed myself tremendously!! Oh, and the Wi-Fi was on point with no buffering and interruptions, and the water was ALWAYS...
