'Clean room friendly staff.'

'We had no idea we were booking a relatively brand new room the size of a spacious efficiency apartment. The place was fabulous—noticeably spotless, quiet, well-stocked. The staff was friendly. Grab-and/-go breakfast was a bit of a letdown but the coffee was excellent. The property was conveniently located. Would undoubtedly stay there again when in the area.'

'Me & daughter needed a peaceful getaway and found this gem on the lake. Breakfast buffet was good. We did the lakeside view omg gorgeous! Ready to visit again but bringing our fishing poles!! '

'The pool was extremely dirty and heavily chlorinated; my family and I couldn't stay in the water for even 20 minutes because of the excessive chlorine. Aside from that, the hotel is very good, and the guy at the front desk was very friendly and attentive.'

'This hotel is converting to a Spark and looks nothing like the pictures. The hotel is in disarray, with paint cans and other construction debris in the hallways and public areas. Ice machines did not work, the lock to our room did not work and the whole lock had to be physically replaced - leaving the door open for 30 minutes while we were already in the room. The curtains were practically see through and did not cover the entire window, so that an outside light shone directly in our eyes when...
