« The hotel itself is older so there is a bit of grit but clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. Especially the make your-own-waffles and biscuits and gravy. The staff overall were very nice and helpful. Night front desk attendant had a sharp temperament when we tried exchanging our towels for fresh ones making us take the soiled towels back to the room with the fresh ones (must not have been in her job description to take towels). »

« The breakfast was continental as stated but was hoping for eggs and meat. Also no coffee in the room. When I arrived to check-in the power was mostly out due to storms but the manager helped me get into a room and even carried my bag up three flights of steps. Great customer service from this manager!! »
