'My room was spotless and very comfortable. The desk clerk was outstanding and friendly despite being very busy. Out of all the places I’ve stayed in Norfolk this one has been the best experience. If I find myself in Norfolk again I will be back. '

'Really nice stay. Ivy at the front desk was so friendly and check-in was easy and quick. The other young woman at the desk was equally friendly and she worked back to back Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Great parking and the room was very comfortable and clean. '

'The staff was very helpful and polite. The parking was a little confusing at first since this hotel and the hotel across from it share the same parking garage. The staff was very helpful in directing us where to go and helped if there was any trouble with our parking pass. The food was appetizing, and the drink service was very nice.
