'What we got for the price we paid was great! Loved being so close to the beach. The cleaning staff was amazing and very helpful. However, the front desk staff was a bit terse and borderline rude when we had questions. I read on the Expedia site for this hotel that beach umbrellas were available for free use. This was not the case. That was a bit frustrating. Also, when we asked for assistance with additional parking, the staff member was reluctant to help. Overall, I would stay here again, but I...

'Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and one of the tv remotes had buttons that didn’t work.'

'Nous étions une famille de 5 et nous avons été satisfaits pour la propreté et le service des employés . Ils étaient sympathiques et serviables . Une chose qui nous a dérangée est la qualité du wi-fi . Nous sommes restés 5 nuits et nous avons dû utiliser nos données vu que la connexion au wi fi était terrible . Sinon, déjeuner très bien et la piscine aussi était propre . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour .'

'Don't stay here! TV didn't come in half the time. Refrigerator didn't work, balcony was very dirty. My comforter was dirty had red stands on it.Fan in the bathroom didn't work. Hallways smelled. And Noone cared. Please don't stay and elevator on our side didn't work had to walk all the way around.'

'I was charged for parking when there was no car ! Then she took it off then someone was smoking weed and VERY LOUD in the room next door and i had to knock on the wall to tell them to stop making so much noise.'
