Enjoy your vacation in Norddeich in this beautiful and comfortable apartment. The apartment is located on the upper floor of an apartment house and extends over two floors. The middle house is located in a quiet side street, so you can have a relaxing stay. At the same time, the inner city area of Norddeich with its many shops and leisure activities is only a few minutes' walk away. So nothing stands in the way of your undisturbed holiday experience.
The holiday apartment
The apartment offers space for four guests. The centerpiece is undoubtedly the spacious living-dining area with integrated kitchen. You can end the day together in the cozy sofa corner. A modern TV set with a suitable system enables you to enjoy cozy TV evenings. Cook your meals together in the bright red kitchenette, everything you need is at your disposal. The kitchenette was equipped with a stove with an oven, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher integrated in the kitchenette, a toaster, an egg cooker and sufficient dishes, glasses, mugs and cutlery.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen.
From the living-dining area you can access the balcony. This is in a south-easterly direction. On nice days you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine and have your breakfast in the cozy seating area. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Frisia pond.
The entire apartment is laid out with modern tiles. The windows were partially equipped with shutters and mosquito screens.
Your apartment has two bedrooms. The first is on the lower floor. It is equipped with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. The wardrobe and a chest of drawers offer space for your wardrobe. In addition, a valet and a small TV set round off the living comfort. The second bedroom is on the upper floor and can be reached via a wooden staircase. There is a 160 x 200 cm double bed and an additional baby bed available. The room also has a TV and a chest of drawers.
Access to the stairs can be secured by a grille for small children.
The comfortable bathroom has a floor-level corner shower, a toilet and a wash combination with a mirror. A shower stool and a hair dryer are available as well as a washing machine.
The parking space for your car is right in front of the house.

The apartments have a lockable shed with electricity for the safe storage of e-bikes and bicycles.

Service fee
Each booking plus a one-time service fee i. H. of 70.00 euros per stay, further details about the service fee can be found under booking information.
Our laundry package consists of bed linen, towels and shower rugs, dish towels and a service set (Toi paper, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, dish brush, cleaning rags and other small helpers for the carefree start of your vacation.
The beds are already made upon arrival. We are happy to provide you with bed linen and enough hand and bath towels.
A cost contribution of EUR 13.00 will be charged on site per registered person.

Prices are for an additional occupancy of 2 people, each additional person from 6 years 5.00 additional per day.
