I do wish there was a map of the condo complex, this would identify the clubhouse and exactly where the unit is located. We didn’t have any issues with locating the clubhouse or unit but others might. Would 10/10 recommend. '

'We had everything we needed in this lovely studio. We could walk to Chair 9 Pizza and the Wake n Bakery was just a 2 minute drive for breakfast. Cleaning lady was extremely nice and had everything in perfect shape. The only thing I would change is the description says “ 3 minute walk to Heliotrope Trail, but it’s actually a 23 minute drive. Still, a perfect place to stay '

'Perfect location in Birch Bay, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and ocean view. Really clean and nicely remodeled. Comfy and enjoyable. The outside of the building and the shared amenities (pool, hot tub, game room) are dated and a little rundown but the inside of the condo makes up for it. '
