So we went out that morning to somewhere else so our child could swim. Then we came back and couldn't get into our room anymore. 'I came in from Texas and it was a long trip. The location was further in than I expected but when I arrived it was nice. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the cigarette smell punch that hit me in my face as soon as I walked in. I understand its also a casino but it wasn't pleasant at all. I don't smoke. Everything else was good. My room was clean and did not smell like cigarettes. Bed was comfy, staff was friendly and the Rez restaurant was great. Thank you for a great stay.'

'Okay stay - not the best but not the worst. Needed to ask for a room change as first room was not clean (hair on sheets). Wifi exists but is not reliable. This was an issue as the main purpose of me booking this room was having somewhere quiet to remote work. Did not recieve any room service for entire nine day stay (no new towels, toilet paper, etc.). Breakfast is not very good but there is a waffle iron and a few grab and go items. No fruit or yogurt. Desk is often empty and you have to call...
