« Okay stay - not the best but not the worst. Needed to ask for a room change as first room was not clean (hair on sheets). Wifi exists but is not reliable. This was an issue as the main purpose of me booking this room was having somewhere quiet to remote work. Did not recieve any room service for entire nine day stay (no new towels, toilet paper, etc.). « We had a great stay here with our dog and 8-month old for one night. We particularly loved the pool and the breakfast. They had several games in the atrium, but we didn’t stay long enough to try them out. They truly had cooked to order breakfast that was delicious! If we’re ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here. »

« This place was clean and well kept. The bathroom in the room was our biggest issue. We only had one towel upon arrival. The lady at the front desk acted like she didn’t believe us when we asked for more. The toilet and sink looked like they came out of a preschool bathroom. Extremely short . « The times listed online were wrong for everything. We drove from out of town to come here for fun and we couldn't even use the waterpark till Friday at 4pm. So we went out that morning to somewhere else so our child could swim. Then we came back and couldn't get into our room anymore. « I came in from Texas and it was a long trip. The location was further in than I expected but when I arrived it was nice. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the cigarette smell punch that hit me in my face as soon as I walked in. I understand its also a casino but it wasn't pleasant at all. I don't smoke. Everything else was good. My room was clean and did not smell like cigarettes. Bed was comfy, staff was friendly and the Rez restaurant was great. Thank you for a great stay. »
