'The property was clean and decorated nicely with antiques, etc and sat on a nice area with trees and pretty views. The staff was ok, though not overly friendly compared to other places we have stayed. We liked that coffee was available 24/7. There is not an elevator so if you have heavy bags, you will want to stay on the main floor.'

The hosts were very helpful, professional, and always quick to answer any questions we had. 'When we first checked in we had to ask for a whole new room because ours was dirty (hair in the shower, stains on bed sheets, and smelled like weed). They won’t clean your room unless you ask them too but they fail to tell you that you have to ask for them to clean your room. We asked for extra pillows bc one traveler with us was pregnant and uncomfy asked at 10:00 P.M. and they said yes we will bring them to you in about 15 minutes…. Ok cool! They came banging on our door at 12 A.M with pillows...

'Bathroom floors were dirty and sticky. Room was supposed to have blackout curtains…room had sun shining through the windows at 5:30AM. Awful!! Manager was very rude and said they knew the curtain wasn’t there/damaged and have a curtain on order - sorry that’s unacceptable for someone to stay in the room!! Never would stay there again.'
