'I did a reservation to stay for one night, was given the key fob, and it will not open the door to my room. I reported it to the front desk and was told that their key fobs don’t work and he would have to let me in to my room each time after I leave. 'Pool was under construction. One side of the room the outlets didn't work and it was both room. Informed the front desk first day and it never got fixed. The carpets had stains and wet spots. The did fix the drainage in one of the rooms for the sink.'

'This property does not deserve the 9.2 rating that it is displaying. It is in severe need of a major major, major overhaul or upgrade. Tile flooring was missing and covered over with rugs. Carpets were in severe need of cleaning. And certain areas of linoleum flooring felt like they were rotten under the surface.'

'Room was right next to the interstate. Noisy all night long. Towels were stained. Would never stay there again. La Quinta corporation should be ashamed of such a property.'
