'Room was clean, but the see through shade on the window was not good. After checking in at 1 am having the room bright as the sun came up woke me up way before I was ready. Then I went down to coffee at 7 am only to find the one regular coffee pot empty. When I checked out at 9:30 there was no regular coffee again'

'First of all my suite was ready had to down side. The ice machine didn’t work, the pool was cloudy and dirty and the pump was off, beer bottles by the pool as well. The phones inside the room didn’t work, the tub was super slippery when getting in, the hot water well there was none. There was no table or chairs in the room just an empty space where the chairs and table use to be. I asked the staff their response was management took them to the lobby for breakfast area.
