'This is one of the nicest VRBO's we have stayed at. The home was immaculate. I believe it had been renovated recently, because everything looked new. I am a big fan of comfortable living rooms. "Tijdens onze roadtrip door Colorado in juni 2025 zijn we hier 1 nacht geweest en dat is redelijk bevallen. 6 jaar geleden waren we hier voor het eerst geweest (toen prima) en nu dus weer, maar de staat van de locatie is wel ERG achteruit gegaan in die 6 jaren. De kamers zijn mooi groot, maar de kamer was erg slecht schoongemaakt. De chips en m&m's van de vorige gasten lagen nog in de kamer. Pluspunt: de bedden zijn wel erg fijn. Ontbijt was ok, niet bijzonder. Het onderhoud van het pand is wel slecht, vooral het zwembad en de algemene ruimtes en lift zijn toe aan onderhoud. De locatie is prima, aan de snelweg, maar ook redelijk dicht bij de mall van Grand Junction. Er is een groot buiten zwembad met een hottub, maar de staat daarvan is erg slecht. Wij zouden een volgende keer niet terugkomen en uitkijken naar iets beters!"
