« Our stay in Fruita was a joy. We arrived to find a spacious, well-maintained, sparkling clean property with all the amenities. « This is one of the nicest VRBO's we have stayed at. The home was immaculate. I believe it had been renovated recently, because everything looked new. I am a big fan of comfortable living rooms. The couch was great for lounging. The TV was, btw, Huge.For biking: There is a locking shed in the backyard, we stored 4 bikes there easily, wit room for more. « Visited GJ and our daughter who lives locally. The home was clean and comfy and in close proximity to our daughter. Walking distance to downtown and a lovely local coffee shop. Hikes in the Mesas, bikes, and visited the mountains to take in the colorful trees. »
