'Great customer service'

'Carpets worn & dirty as well as most furnishings in room. Needs updated. & looks like they may be soon remodeling some as carpeting vehicle stopped in while we stayed. Rooms had cobwebs in corners & bedding older & worn as well but clean! First Lady at desk very nice but others remained hidden well. No towels in pool area when we went to swim. Breakfast was phenomenal! Parking area near back not very well lit & a little creepy. Bathroom had not been clean thoroughly as used washcloth was left on...

'Clean room, nice staff, comfortable bed, flat pillows like most hotels I've experienced. Breakfast options were good. A bit outdated.'
