'We enjoyed our stay overall. We really appreciated that the hot tub was open, clean, and a nice place to relax. The pool area, however, could have used some extra attention as it seemed a little dirty. We also had a clogged sink and noticed that the shower leaked, which were a few inconveniences during our stay. 'Room was clean and fresh, staff was courteous. I didnt like their breakfast, coffee machine was broken and we were waiting until staff came and mentioned that he had filled coffee in decaf jar. Lady on the front desk had no idea on what’s available for breakfast and what’s not (probably not her area of work) but things could have been better. Place is non smoking but people were smoking right outside the entrance and that was very uncomfortable. Other point to note is this property is attached...

'While the woman at the front desk was very nice, unfortunately the quality of the rooms were not good. The first room had bed bugs, and they were accommodating to move me, but the second room still had stained blankets (with texture, not just old stains...clearly not washed) and I ended up wrapping myself in my extra clothes and sleeping on top of the blankets. The toilwt struggled to flush and the cold water in the sink didn't work, but the hot water was HOT. My neighboring room also stormed...

'It was dirty with cockroaches and unpleasant staff. No one wants to do their jobs there was no pool and the breakfast was a joke. The coffee creamer was rotten. The fire extinguishers all had the glass broken out. Anytime we asked staff for anything staff was rude and unhelpful. The laundry does not work and there is no way if ever stay here again.'

'Walking into our room felt like coming back home after being out all day, it had everything arranged perfectly without clutter making it cozy yet functional. We appreciated how thoughtful management seemed with their services.'
