Door County in the off-season has fewer people and Snug Harbor is a great place to stay. It is always clean, in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the downtown area, and quite peaceful. « Mouse infestation, dirty sheets, and hair covered floors did not make for a good stay. We saw three mice Saturday night. Our bag had to be kept in our garage upon return to ensure the problem didn’t spread to our house. »

« Very family friendly. The old games and musical instruments were a hit with my grandkids. The owner had the pullout beds made up and ready which was a plus. The only negative was 7 people in one bathroom but we were fully aware of that going in. »

« We've been coming up to Door County for years. This year my daughter and I were riding in the Century bike ride in Sturgeon Bay. We found the Beach House and it was more than perfect!!!!! Very spacious, comfy beds, with all the necessary amenities. It is right on the water with a fire pit which we used the entire time we were there. They have a restaurant about 1000 feet away with great food, drinks and a wonderful staff. It was such a great getaway for our family and we will definitely be back....

Check in & out was easy. We ventured out to Princeton & Green Lake which are near by to enjoy the flea market, shops & dining. We wish we had booked a longer stay to enjoy the property more. »
